1973 Triumph Spitfire Restoration

The Spitfire I got from my friend. Built in England towards the end of 1972. Plenty of issues as expected from a 41 year old car. Lets see how it goes.

So lets start with the Issues:

Critical areas of the subframe are mostly rotten with rust.
Body shell is rotten in many areas especially the rocker panels and sils.
Engine runs but very low on compression and seems to loose a bit of power each time I run it.
Steering has significant play and wobbliness..
Over heating..
Some electrical issues.

And the Good side is that it is abit classy and quite economical to restore. Body panels formed from original British stampings are still available..Also a big plus is that the engine hasn't seized. Hopefully some exhaust valve issues on the cylinder head. I have attached some pictures below and will add details/discuss them soon...
